Do you provide professional photography for the jewelry I ordered?
Yes, we provide the picture with white background according to the sample. Please contact us to collect it after ordering.
What can I do if I have repaired goods?
If the repaired goods belong to factory, we will repair them free of charge, so please inform us within 7 working days after receiving the goods; If the repaired goods belong to your after-sales service, we will charge a part of repairing cost.
Can you offer any certification?
We do factory audits every year and can send you the BSCI report.
